Solar Doggy CLASSIC – FLAG edition

This is a Solar Doggy ‘Flag’ in the ‘Classic’ version.

This means that the front (the main circuit board) consists of an old-fashioned circuit board with THT (‘Through Hole Technology’) components that must be inserted through the board one by one (by me) before they can be soldered in place (also by me).

This is time-consuming, which is why this version is slightly more expensive than the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) version, where most parts are installed and soldered in place by a robot (already in China).

But I think THT technology looks nice, and I still have a number of them in stock. So the Solar Doggy Classic (that is to say, the THT version) will still be for sale until they run out.

He always wags his tail happily: the more light there is, the more often he will do it.
And even when there is almost no light it keeps wagging; in that case very occasionally.
